This old mechanics and tire repair shop in Fairview Heights is across from the Metrolink train stop on St. Clair Ave. This existing building will be rehabbed in the upcoming year, as displayed in the new 3D renderings.  The owner will have a full kitchen for baking and decorating, office to consult with customers for their orders, and a small retail display area to sell their baked goods.  The building will also be upgraded for accessibility throughout.
