​This end cap suite in this strip center was formerly a pizza parlor, near the air force base. We converted the space into a contemporary design bar and gaming lounge establishment. In the 1,215 square foot space, we added in a wet bar, gaming machine niche, men's and women's restroom's, and a kitchen to accommodate small bar food menu.
