New Construction has begun!

New Retail and Business Strip Center - Troy, IL

The exterior walls are nearing completion on a 9,000 sqf. ft., One-Story structure, that will be sub divided into 6 separate lease spaces. Trusses will be set next week, as they continue on. Exterior materials to include brick, standing seam metal roof, horizontal cement board siding, vertical metal siding on left, right and back sides of building, with raw I-Beam steel accent columns to highlight the front facade.
